About Our Founders
Joseph Duncan

With over 14 years of hands-on experience in London’s property market, I have built a business centred on precision, integrity, and performance—managing some of the city’s finest homes and investment assets.
My property journey began in 2010, working directly with landlords and investors to optimise returns across both short-let and long-let portfolios. Over the years, I’ve developed deep expertise in high-end asset management, serviced accommodation, and HMO operations, combining strategic oversight with an uncompromising attention to detail.
Today, I oversee a lettings and management portfolio of more than 70 mostly high-end apartments across Central London—from Bloomsbury and Soho to Knightsbridge—through a group of specialist companies that deliver full-service management, from design and setup through to operations, compliance, and guest experience.
In addition to managing third-party assets, I own a personal portfolio of properties in London and Sussex, giving me a unique understanding of both investor priorities and the practical realities of running successful, income-producing property.
My focus is on creating long-term value for clients through clear systems, transparent communication, and intelligent positioning in a fast-moving market. By integrating technology, high-touch service, and disciplined financial management, I help clients achieve stronger yields and asset performance—whether through premium short-lets, efficient long-term rentals, or strategic repositioning opportunities.

Trevor Banbury

With over 30 years of experience in London’s ever-evolving property market, I’ve built a career defined by trust, results, and long-standing client relationships.
I began my journey in 1994 by co-founding Banbury Ball, a boutique estate agency specializing in residential sales and lettings across London’s prestigious West End. Over nearly two decades, I developed a loyal client base and built a strong reputation for delivering personalized, results-driven service in one of the world’s most competitive real estate markets.
In 2008, I took full ownership of Banbury Ball and expanded its scope to include commercial property transactions and large-scale residential blocks, focusing on Bloomsbury (WC1), Fitzrovia (W1), and Covent Garden (WC2). I led complex valuations, sales, and refurbishment projects personally until I sold the business in 2015.
Following the sale, I turned my attention to land acquisition and development consultancy. While working with Rolfe East and later TJB, I sourced and negotiated development opportunities ranging from £1 million to £18 million—strategically positioning investor clients for deals up to £100 million across London and its surrounding commuter belt.
During this time, I also held senior sales leadership roles at Hurford Salvi Carr and Frank Harris & Co, part of the Jackson-Stops London Group. In these positions, I led high-performing sales teams and managed prime residential sales and valuations in key Central London locations, including the City, Shoreditch, and Bloomsbury.
Since 2020, I have been operating under the Keller Williams brand as a Senior Property Consultant, running my own boutique agency business within the group. Drawing on more than three decades in the industry, I now offer clients a highly personalised, end-to-end sales and lettings service—supported by the marketing reach and infrastructure of the world’s largest real estate brand, with a primary focus on Bloomsbury and Central London.
